1. Contract conclusion

Your order is binding for the conclusion of a purchase contract with Salzburg Sport GmbH, Am Brunnen 1, 5330 Fuschl am See. The purchase contract is concluded by the seller's acceptance of the order or delivery of the ordered good. Exclusively the underlying General Terms and Conditions are applying for all contracts with consumers in the sense of § 1 Consumer Protection Act, in the current valid version.

2. Right of withdrawal and return

The purchaser can rescind from the contract in writing within 10 (ten) days after receipt of the goods. The rescission does not require any statement. The in due time dispatch is sufficient to comply with the term. The purchaser is charged with the return costs. Already made payments are immediately refunded to the purchaser. It is indicated that the seller can charge the purchaser with an appropriate fee for the product usage, including a compensation for the associated reduction of the value of the ordered product. There is no right of rescission for goods which are especially produced according to customer specifications and/or explicitly customised to the personal requirements of the purchaser (e.g. according to order flocked or printed shirts or tricots), audio or video recordings (e.g. CDs, video tapes, DVDs) and software which was unsealed by the purchaser.

3. Delivery

The delivery times for standard dispatches in Austria and Germany are 5 work days, in the European Union 7 work days and into countries outside of the European Union 10-15 work days. The information upon delivery times are non-binding.

4. Prices, payment, default of payment

• 4.1 The price of the purchase good is indicated in Euro including VAT (within the EU) and excluded from dispatch costs.
   Dispatch costs are listed under number 5.
• 4.2 Sales to private customers are exclusively made with prior debit of the credit card account.
• 4.3 Private Consumers will have to pay extra costs of € 3,50 when cash on delivery. In Germany the carrier collects additionally € 2,00 delivery charge.
• 4.4 Cost of import duties are only accruing at deliveries into countries outside of the EU. The amount of import duties is depending on the
   local legislation and cannot be indicated.
• 4.5 In case of default of payment of the purchaser the seller is entitled to claim default interest of 5% above the basic interest rate p.a.
   announced by the European Central Bank. The seller is entitled to claim for higher default damage, if verifiable.
• 4.6 The purchaser can only charge up against the seller's claims, if the counterclaim of the purchaser is indisputable or upon existence of a
   legal title; the purchaser can only assert a right of retention, if based on claims from the purchase contract.

5. Packaging, shipping and transport insurance

• 5.1 Costs for packaging and transport insurance are included in the dispatch costs.
• 5.2 The following dispatch rates are applying:
   - Germany and Austria 5,00 €
   - EU 8,50 €
   - Remaining countries 30,00 €

6. Retention of title

The delivered good remains property of the seller until complete settlement.

7. Liability

Any compensation claims are excluded in cases of slight negligence. This restriction does not apply for injury to life, body and health.

8. Data

The purchaser is expressly agreeing that personal data of the purchaser, which have been disclosed for the order process, are automatically stored and used by the Salzburg Sport GmbH, affiliated companies and contractual partners in particular for marketing purposes.

9. Legislation

The Austrian law is applying for the order and all litigations, which are resulting from the order and the order processing, under exclusion of the UN purchase right. Exclusive jurisdiction is Vienna - Inner City.

10. Security

All information given in the Red Bull-Merchandising shop, such as credit card information, bank account information, address and e-mail address, are automatically encrypted by means of SSL protocol (Secure Sockets Layer Protocol). SSL is the industry standard for the transfer of confidential data via Internet.

11. Language

This General Terms and Conditions are available in English and German. In case of any divergence between the two versions the German version shall prevail.
